Conversion of the hybrid format of IEEE RTSS 2021 into a virtual-only conference
The safety and well-being of all conference participants are our priority. After evaluating the ongoing COVID-19 situation in Western Europe, the decision has been made (as of Nov. 22, 2021) to transform the in-person component of the IEEE RTSS 2021 conference into an all-digital conference experience – RTSS 2021 will now be a virtual event. Therefore, the conference dates remain the same – December 7-10, 2021, and publications will continue as planned.
Refund of Hotel/Transportation/Other Cost
- Hotels – The hotel terms and conditions apply for hotel reservations made by individuals.
- Airlines – Similarly, Airline terms and conditions apply for flight reservations made by individuals.
- Please contact your travel agencies or representatives. IEEE RTSS 2021 can only refund registration fees as set out above.
